BOOK CLUBNot that anyone asked for it, but there's a Ruth Bourdain book coming out. Called Comfort Me With Offal, the book will include a food timeline, a "field guide to the modern foodie, from carniwhores to gastrosexuals," and more. It is also apparently a memoir. Head over to Eater National for pages from the book. [Eater National]
