Former M2 and Pink owner Joey Morrisey is trying to auction off his lease for the building on W. 28th Street that housed his two clubs. Morrisey went bust after the city cracked down on his two nightclubs, but his efforts to sublease the space have gone nowhere. Morrisey blames his landlord, and the landlord in turn blames Morrisey. The auction is scheduled for September 13 with a minimum bid of $2.75 million, unless the building owner can stop it. [TRD]
