Shaun Hergatt Says Goodbye to Sho Shaun Hergatt

Although he was rumored to have left Sho a few weeks ago, Shaun Hergatt sent out an official letter announcing his departure last Friday. The chef is going to open another version of Sho in a new neighborhood, perhaps Midtown. In June, the restaurant's main investor, Asher Zamir, told the Times, "We are formulating various options now, with a different name, a different brand and a different chef." But the owners haven't changed the name yet, and Hergatt's bio is still up on the restaurant's homepage.
