A Look at the Current State of Carmellini's French Project

In a few months, chef Andrew Carmellini will open his third New York restaurant in the space that formerly housed Chinatown Brasserie. A peek inside shows that work is underway, but it's hard to tell what this place is going to look like. Carmellini and his crew made it clear that this will not be a "brasserie style" French restaurant.
