During a busy Saturday night dinner service, a young intern was assigned only one table of 20 people. The intern took the order: 14 spaetzle, four schnitzel and two fish. The frazzled intern could not read his handwriting and mixed up the spaetzle with the schnitzel. The kitchen was furious, and for the rest of the summer Franz was treated as more of a busboy than a waiter." [EaterWire]
