Ryan Sutton notices that the constantly evolving Empellon Cocina has lowered its prices: "Just a few weeks ago, virtually all of the fish and meat entrees were in the $20s or $30s. Now, none of them are. The $26 rabbit is now $19, in what is presumably a smaller portion. The lobster with tortillas, briefly $30, is back down to $19." He also spots some new dishes on the menu.
