1) Dumbo: LES grilled cheese joint Little Muenster is opening a takeout spot in Dumbo called LM Tiny Takeout. Located at 145 Front St., they're shooting for an October opening. [GS]

2) Greenpoint: A tipster snapped this photo of Flru Juicy, a hilariously named operation that may be a juice bar. [PLYWOOD, NYShitty]

3) Harlem: Construction is ongoing at Maison Harlem, the crowdfunded Harlem bistro by two French expats. Maison Harlem is located at 341 St. Nicholas Ave. [Harlem + Bespoke]

4) Park Slope: Root Hill Café is opening a burger shop called Root Hill Burger, located at 256 Fourth Ave. Due to open September 14, they'll have nine different "signature" burgers. The chef is Cali Rivera, formerly of Gramercy Tavern, Prune and Seersucker. [GS]

5) Park Slope: Pastry chefs TJ and Vera Obias are opening a bakery in the former Perch space at 365 Fifth Ave., called Du Jour. They're currently waiting on the folks from the DOH to visit and give the okay to open; when they do they'll be open every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. [FIPS]

6) Lower East Side: A seafood restaurant called The Boil has submitted documents to CB3, in the hopes of taking over the former Panda NYC space at 139 Chrystie. It'll be a 20 table sit down restaurant open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. [Boogie]

7) West Village: The team from Heartland Brewery is in the process of converting a former West Village garage into a 170-seat restaurant called Houston Hall. Located at 222 W. Houston St., Houston Hall initially had plans for rooftop dining that were shot down by CB2 last year. [DNAinfo]

8) Lower East Side: Canadian chain Tim Horton's is opening a new location at 203 E. Houston St., right next to Katz's Delicatessen. [TLD]

9) Hell's Kitchen: Plywood and temporary signage is up at 800 Ninth Ave., advertising a craft beer joint called Alfie's. [Zagat]

10) Park Slope: The owners of Two former employees at Sottocasa in Boerum Hill are opening a Neapolitan-style pizza shop in Park Slope called Brooklyn Central. Due to open in October, Brooklyn Central will be at 289 Fifth Ave. [Zagat]

11) Murray Hill: The Pod 39 Hotel is opening a rooftop lounge this September, with cocktails by Brooklyn cocktail man Sam Anderson [GS]
