Looks like there's a new concept coming to the cursed space that most recently housed the clubby restaurant Kenmare. Grub Street learns that Louis Ceruzzi, a partner in that shuttered operation who has a hand in several other spots like Sfoglia and Super Linda, has bought out the other partners and is planning to launch a new operation there this fall.
