2012_08_williamsburgmarket.jpgDesign studio Space Cutter is proposing that a storage unit on Berry and North 12th Street in Williamsburg be turned into an artisanal food market, similar to the Chelsea Market. The proposal suggests that the multi level space, called the Williamsburg Market will include "sandwich & coffee shops, butchers, fruit & vegetable vendors, bread, pastry & chocolate
shops, artisanal cheeses, wine & beer." They also envision an upper deck with bars and restaurants that overlook the park. [Curbed]
