Jung Sik

Ouchie! Jung Sik is a well-reviewed restaurant that's operated by some very nice people. The problem here is that the place is not drawing sizable crowds. You can get a reservation on OpenTable for any time you want, no problem. The restaurant is only open for dinner six days a week, and there's no lunch business, whatsoever. Perhaps Jung Sik will get a bump after the Michelin Guide drops, but right now, it's the biggest, best new fine-dining restaurants that nobody's going to.
