122012_8_2ndAveDeliUES.jpegFormer 2nd Ave Deli owner Jack Lebewohl, brother of the deli's founder Abe Lebewohl, is suing the Miami lawyer he hired to shutdown a Florida copycat. Lebewohl, who holds a trademark on the 2nd Ave Deli name, accuses the lawyer of not doing anything about the infringing Deerfield Beach, Fla. deli, while the lawyer says Lebewohl owes "several thousand" dollars in unpaid legal fees.
