There are three reasons why Raymi is getting the full Deathwatch treatment: 1) The previous tenant had a very similar concept, and it tanked after just a year and a half. 2) The area around Madison Square Park probably can't support more than one massive celebrity chef-driven Latin American restaurant. 3) This deal, which hit the Eater inbox earlier today:
