The menu for Pork Slope will include hot fried chicken, a fried shrimp sandwich, a griddled burger, homemade tater tots, biscuits with Surryano ham, and a BLT with thick-cut bacon. Dale Talde says he's working on a chili con carne, too: "I asked one of my cooks, Guillermo, for his mom's recipe. Pork shoulder with guajillo and pasilla chilies and two dark Mexican beers, and I'm serving it with tortilla chips, it's bomb." [SENY]
