UNION SQUARE — In March, news broke that Simon Oren's Chef Driven Market, LLC had been tapped to run the new restaurant in the Union Square Pavilion. But now Grub Street learns that a lawsuit has been filed against the city that claims that the use of the space was granted without "necessary approval" from the State Legislature.
