UNION SQUAREIn March, news broke that Simon Oren's Chef Driven Market, LLC had been tapped to run the new restaurant in the Union Square Pavilion. But now Grub Street learns that a lawsuit has been filed against the city that claims that the use of the space was granted without "necessary approval" from the State Legislature. The city has made a motion to dismiss the case. [GS]
