We promise, you've never seen Hill Country like this before. Chefs Charles Grund, Jr. and Ash Fulk will be breaking down an entire cow (locally sourced just for this event) and serving up custom cuts from all four quarters, resulting in four tasting stations and a heap of passed hors d'oevures, like Cow Cheek Tacos, Oxtail Tacos, Smoky Brisket Burnt Ends, and House-made Hot Links with Shiner Mustard (to name a few).
