Pig Island Chefs Announced; Best of the Wurst Postponed

GOVERNOR'S ISLAND — The team behind Pig Island, an annual pork-centric celebration on Governor's Island, has announced this year's list of participating chefs. 25 chefs are expected to attend including Dale Talde (Talde), Anthony Sasso (Casa Mono), Danny Mena (Hecho en Dumbo), and John Stage (Dinosaur BBQ). HELL'S KITCHEN — KTCHN, the New American restaurant in the Out NYC, is now serving breakfast and lunch. Menu items include steak and eggs Benedict, and Belgian waffles with homemade preserves.
