Here's a look around Swine, the new project from West Village restaurateur John McNulty and chef Phil Conlon. The space has a casual first floor with a bar and a few tables, and a slightly more formal dining room downstairs. The menu features lots of homemade charcuterie, cheeses, pickles, and snacks, plus shareable small and large plates. And for the burger fans, the menu includes a bone marrow & brisket burger.
