In September, the Ritz Carlton will open a 50 seat American bistro in the space that formerly housed BLT Market. The hotel’s executive chef Mark Arnao, who also operates the Star Lounge in the lobby, will helm the kitchen. BLT Market closed last January. [Crain's]
