THE HAMPTONS — On Saturday evening, chefs from all across the country cooked at the annual Chefs & Champagne event at Wölffer Estate Vineyards. Representing NYC this year: David Bouley, Daniel Humm, Marcus Samuelsson, Scott Conant, Seamus Mullen, Jonathan Benno, Cesare Casella, and Marcus Jernmark, to name a few. WILLIAMSBURG — This Wednesday, Vine Wine will host a tasting of dry sherries from De Maison Selections. On Thursday, Jared Brandt from Donkey and Goat Winery will be pouring some of his wines. [EaterWire]
