Floyd Cardoz pulled out all the stops for the two Eater Exclusives meals at North End Grill this month. Riffing off a "family meal" theme, Cardoz and his crew prepared 11 unique, shareable plates, spread out over four courses. A few highlights: grilled goat tongues, striped bass ceviche, bacon-topped fried chicken, grilled baby goat, and scrambled goat brains with farm eggs on toast (the surprise favorite). Each course featured a wine pairing from a large-format bottle, and guests on Monday night also received a tour of the restaurant's recently-installed rooftop garden before dinner.
