Fried Pizza Joint La Montanara Now on the Market

The space that houses La Montanara, NYC's first exclusively fried pizza joint that opened in March, is now on the market. Bowery Boogie learns that the 168 Ludlow space was closed for several days last month and is now listed on NYCRS for $8,200 a month or $150,000 in key money.

The pizzeria from Forcella owner and restaurant-opening-machine Giulio Adriani has a lease through September and according to NYCRS is a "great opportunity." Maybe Adriani just wants to focus on his other 49 restaurants that are opening this summer.
