2012_06_08nicoletta_stalking_.jpgMichael White has not decided how he's going to slice the pizzas at Nicoletta, but it sounds like he's leaning towards the tavern-cut (think old-school Pulino's). Also, the tables at his new restaurant will feature sockets for "cantilevered pizza stands," so that the pies don't take up too much table space. Nicoletta is slated to open one week from today.
