This four-course dining extravaganza features chef Michael Toscano and the team at restauranteur and raconteur Gabriel Stulman's white-hot Minetta Lane newcomer Perla directing their attention to whole animals. Six of them, to be exact. The concept for the evening is a FEAST OF THE BEAST, in which Chef Toscano will prepare and present a series of whole animals as a feast, family style, to Eater readers.
"This dinner is going to be a true expression of my cooking," says Chef Toscano, a veteran of Babbo and Mazo at Eataly. "I am holding nothing back and I have taken this event as a personal challenge to cook the best meal of my life. If there is one thing to emphasize it is the overindulgence of cuisine that our guests will experience on June 27."
