Christopher Sanchez (Eataly, Per Se, 11 Madison Park, and Bouchon) is teaming up with his mom to open a boulangerie called Le Petit Bakery, notes Brownstoner. The spot, located on Myrtle Avenue just down the block from newly opened Lulu & Po, will serve savory breads, French pastries, cakes, tarts, and their own house blended coffee.
