No. 8, the new gastropub project from the LDV Hospitality brand, is officially open for business today. No. 8 dropped Bungalow from its name, and will offer its guests food such as flatbread pizzas, Cuban sandwiches, and table-side Champagne service. The setting filled with palm trees, sky-blue ceilings, and wraparound banquettes sounds an awful lot like an updated version of the old Bungalow 8, however, Amy Sacco is is in no way involved.
