Calexico Eyes Bondi Road Space on the LES

153 Rivington St., the space that houses Australian restaurant Bondi Road, has been on the market since March and now it looks like Calexico plans to take over when the lease ends in September. If everything works out, this will be the third storefront for the Mexican restaurant, which started as a food cart in Soho. According to this month's SLA agenda, they are vying for a full liquor license.
