Top Chef Alum Jennifer Carroll Opening NYC Restaurant

Last week, there were rumors that Top Chef alum Jennifer Carroll was scoping out locations for a new concept in New York. And now, the new CB2 agenda lists a restaurant doing business under the name "Jennifer Carroll or Corp. to be formed" at 33 Greenwich Ave, which is the old Maracas space. No word yet on what kind of food it will serve, or when it will open, but Ms. Carroll was recently working on a concept called Concrete Blonde.
