The 31 Days of German Riesling, a month-long celebration of the noble white grape, is nearly upon us. A part of Terroir's "Summer of Riesling 2012," the program will partner with restaurants around the country for the month of July, including 43 from New York, to educate and enlighten those who may not normally go for the grape.
