Guy Fieri's Restaurant Safely Contained at the Moment

Behind that bright blue plywood, goateed elves in bowling shirts are currently at work on Guy's American Kitchen and Bar, the new Times Square restaurant from Cajun seasoning aficionado Guy Fieri. It doesn't look like a Fieri project yet — there are no cowboys riding bass fish or sashimi guitars visible from the outside. But in about 18 weeks, the plywood will be ripped off and Citizen Fieri's Xanadu will be unleashed upon the world.
