Here's a look around Raymi, the new Peruvian restaurant in the old Nuela space. The restaurant is a collaboration between Latin American chef/restaurateur Richard Sandoval and chef Jaime Pesaque of Mayta in Lima, Peru. The menu includes ceviche, meat skewers, a few dishes prepared in the wok, and entrees like arroz con pato and bacon wrapped pork tenderloin. The cocktail menu features a lot of drinks made with pisco, plus a separate list of "pisco infusions" made with things like corn, lemongrass, ginger, cinnamon, and lychee.

The space is located just a few blocks away from last year's big Peruvian opening, La Mar Cebicheria. Check out the menu below.

Raymi is slated to open tomorrow night.
