The visitor center in the old Tavern on the Green space is closing today so that the city can begin $9.8 million worth of renovations on the building. West Side Rag gets a peek at a rendering of the new TOTG exterior, which includes a strange glass box where the Crystal Room once stood. No word yet on what — or who — will be contained in this box.
