Stephen Starr, Michael Mina, and Marc Forgione are now rumored to be eyeing the massive market space inside the World Financial Center. The Post hears that Forgione is the lead candidate for the project. When completed, the market will have counters offering cheeses, meats, baked goods, and prepared foods. UPDATE: A rep for Forgione notes that Christopher Blumlo, the Managing Partner of Restaurant Marc Forgione, is actually the one vying for project. The idea is that he would create a culinary council with several chefs, including Mr. Forgione, for the market. [NYP]
