Next Wednesday, June 27, the first ever Eater Exclusives dinner extravaganza will take place at new Gabe Stulman restaurant Perla at a event we've entitled Feast of the Beast. There, Perla chef Michael Toscano will bombard two seatings of the dining room with presentations of half a dozen whole animals, served over four courses, family style. It will be a gluttonous summer night to remember.
