Michael White's Nicoletta Set to Explode Onto the East Village Tonight

In just a matter of hours, Michael White will unleash his Midwestern-Neapolitan pizzas on the innocent people of New York City with the opening of Nicoletta in the East Village. You can order the pies topped with whatever you want, but the menu includes a number of house pizzas, including one with carbonara topping, and another that's loaded with baby octopus and bone marrow (the Marea pie). The menu also features small fried bites, antipasti, a baked lasanga, and daily entree specials. To drink, there's a small list of bottled wines, plus Morini Birra and a handful of wines on tap.

Nicoletta is only open for dinner for now, but lunch and delivery should roll out in the next few weeks. Check out the menu below, and as always, do send any early reports to the tipline.
