A doctor is suing the Cipriani restaurant group over allegations that a bouncer at the 42nd Street location knocked him to the ground last year. Apparently, the man got pummeled when one of his friends had a "minor disagreement" with the bouncer, and when the cops showed up, the Cipriani employee claimed that the doctor was the aggressor.
