Serge Becker recently transformed the back room at Cafe Select into an oyster bar called Cervantes' Oyster Shack & Bar. The menu includes octopus salad, shrimp cocktail, ceviche, steamed mussels, and oysters on the half shell. Before the changeover, the back room was a fondue parlor. [EaterWire]
