Josh Ozerky just announced the menu for the second annual Meatopia fest, which is taking place on September 8 at Randall's Island Park. To try and trump last year's meat orgy, Ozersky has lined up some big name chefs from all across the country, including several hot shots from NYC.
April Bloomfield, Zak Pelaccio, Adam Perry Lang, Pat LaFrieda, George Mendes, Marc Forgione, Namoi Pomeroy, Joey Campanaro, Michael White, Noah Bernamoff, Justin Smillie, Takashi Inoue, and Michael Toscano are all preparing dishes here. The event will also feature music from the Woods, The Living Kills, and a few other bands that have yet to be announced. VIP tickets are now on sale to Thrillist members, but the rest of the tickets will go on sale in a few weeks. Check out the full, bacon-wrapped lineup below:
