You've heard about the pies, you've seen the slices and some tempting shots of the exterior of the space. But now, here is an inside look at Michael White's first-ever pizzeria, Nicoletta. Although White is still working on the final menu, expect pizzas that look like Neapolitan pies, but that don't have those soggy middles. In addition to pizza, Nicoletta will serve sliced meats, cheeses, and other antipasti, plus one baked lasagna and an always-changing entree of the day. To drink, there will be several beers on tap, a few wines by the glass, and a long list of bottles. Nicoletta officially opens on Friday, June 15.
