Eater Young Guns Final 50: Casa Mono's Ashley Santoro

Last week, we announced the list of 50 contenders for our first annual Eater Young Guns awards, paired down by a select group of acclaimed U.S. chefs and the editorial team at Eater HQ from a mountain of public nominations. The final class of 2012 won't be revealed until June 25, but until then we're introducing a selection of the 50 nominees (some of who will make the cut, some who won't) through a series of letters, videos, and interviews.
