As a Pizza Week special, here are some interior and exterior plywood shots of the new Coney Island Iocation of Grimaldi's pizzeria that is slated to open this summer. The space sits right across from Luna Park on Surf Avenue, and the dining room will hold about 60 people. The owners originally hoped to have it completed by Memorial Day, but it looks like they might be just a bit behind schedule.
