At the James Beard Awards tonight, hometown heros David Chang (The Momofuku restaurants) and Daniel Humm (The Nomad, Eleven Madison Park) will go up against some big talents from around the country in the category of Outsanding Chef. The other contenders are San Francisco chef/restaurateur Gary Danko, Paul Kahan (Blackbird), Donald Link (Cochon), and Nancy Silverton (Mozza). Will Humm or Chang take the gold tonight?
