Beard Predictions: Best New Restaurant

At the James Beard Awards tonight, two of NYC's big hot spots, Tertulia and Isa, will go up against acclaimed new restaurants from across the country for the title of Best New Restaurant. These are two strong contenders here — several of the big critics filed rave reviews of Tertulia, and Isa has its share of die-hard fans too.
