As promised, Alex Rein is opening a sidewalk cart spinoff of his Kelvin Natural Slush Co. truck in the West Village. The cart will open for business in Little Red Square this weekend. Rein has secured a five-year permit for the operation, and there are plans for another cart in Midtown's Dante Square. [DNA Info]
