This morning, Ruth Reichl took a break from dreaming about apricots to complain about Hakkasan, the outrageously expensive Chinese restaurant that just opened in Times Square. Like Adam Platt, she did not like the food and the absurd prices. This kind of tweet is known in the industry as a #ReichlBurn. It is rare, but extremely potent.
