On June 9, Daniel Humm and Will Guidara will begin service in the space they've been toying and tinkering with all spring: The Roof of The Nomad. The outdoor dining area features manicured gardens, a bronze-plated Cupola, and unparalleled views of the Empire State Building. Snuggies will not be provided for guests, but Eater hears that they won't turn you away if you show up wearing one. As noted previously, Humm and his team will prepare $125 tastings in a kitchen on the roof, to be served seven nights a week, weather permitting. Reservations will be available online at 11 a.m. for that evening's meal. The Roof is the last piece of The Nomad puzzle. But you never know — maybe Humm & Guidara will open a burger stand or a combo taqueria/pisco lounge in the basement someday.
