A pork sandwich restaurant called Porchetta.Hog recently opened a few blocks away from Porchetta in the East village. Matt Lindemulder, who co-owns Porchetta, tells the Local EV: "They serve theirs cold, we serve ours hot and fresh. In terms of quality there is no competition — that doesn’t concern us.
