RSVP Brings Foie Gras Dumplings, Tartare Tacos to Soho

RSVP, new restaurant from "hospitality and nightlife impresario" Jon Bakhshi will open on June 7 in Soho, according to a press release, reprinted below. It will feature: "American dishes with signature preparations," "elegant crystal chandeliers that are nothing short of spectacular," and "'All Day, Every Day Brunch,' complete with unique dishes including Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes, Truffle Egg Toast and RSVP Stuffed French Toast Box which will be available all day, every day."

On June 7th, hospitality and nightlife impresario Jon Bakhshi will introduce his first high-end fine dining restaurant in the heart of SoHo. RSVP will offer high end modern American dishes with signature preparations and interpretations served in a sophisticate and elegant setting. RSVP will aim to create an experience that will exceed any of our guest's expectations.
Any place or event worth going to requires an RSVP. RSVP stands for exclusivity. From the moment one enters the restaurant, the flirtation begins. As the staff greets you, guests will notice the restaurant's rich design and timeless style. The restaurant will feature a sunken dining room with a centerpiece of elegant crystal chandeliers that are nothing short of spectacular and create a sense of a royal banquet hall. The surrounding balcony dining rooms feature signature contemporary wall decorations and a montage of mirrors. The Greenroom, or private dining room, centered around an enormous crystal chandelier will offer additional seating as well as private event space (and separate entrance) for up to 40 guests.
Chef Seth Levine brings over ten years of culinary experience to RSVP and has created a menu consisting of modern American dishes with a refreshing twist that will keep diners coming back. Highlights include Beef Tartare Tacos, Foie Gras Dumplings, Prosciutto and Figs Brulee, Truffle Honey Rack of Lamb, Truffle Artichoke Pizza, and Lobster Ravioli in Lobster Bisque Sauce as well as an impressive Raw Bar offering.
Additionally, RSVP will introduce 'All Day, Every Day Brunch,' complete with unique dishes including Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes, Truffle Egg Toast and RSVP Stuffed French Toast Box which will be available all day, every day.
"My goal is to have RSVP be known as the foremost luxury hospitality brand catering to elite clientele," said owner Jon Bakhshi. "From the standout service to the elegant decor, sophisticated menu and the sexy ambience, EVERYONE will want to RSVP for dinner and stay all night."
RSVP will be open 7 days a week for lunch, brunch and dinner. After dinner, RSVP will shift from a formal dining room to a sophisticated lounge where guests can enjoy a bottle of champagne, rose or one of the venue's signature cocktails.
RSVP will be open Sunday to Wednesday from Noon until Midnight and Thursday, Friday, Saturday from Noon until 2 a.m.
