The Box has finalized plans to open a permanent outpost in Los Angeles later this year. Simon Hammerstein had opened a pop up Box in L.A. last summer, and now he has partnered with West Coast nightlife guru Cy Waits on the new venture, which is expected to open later this summer, and will join the New York, London, and soon to open Box Las Vegas clubs.
