Summer is here, which means that Andre Balazs's 18th floor pleasure palace Le Bain will be reopening its giant outdoor space. The venue's official opening is this Friday and the space will be open for drinks and sun each day at 2 p.m. But just down the street, the Dream Downtown has postponed tonight's opening party at its Dream Beach bar due to inclement weather.
