April Bloomfield, Eddie Huang, Marco Canora, Brad Farmerie, Gabrielle Hamilton, and several other NYC chefs have signed on for the Feast Portland fest. The three day event, which is being organized by Bon Appétit, will take place in Portland at the end of September. Proceeds from the fest will go to Oregon-based food non-profits.
